Don’t see anything that quite fits your skill set? We’re always happy to hear from rockstars, even if we don’t have anything for you right now. Send your CV to hello@383project.com and we’ll be in touch if we think it would be worth having a chat.

Every day I’m working on fantastic projects for big-name clients with an awesome team around me. I still feel occasionally out of my depth and beyond my comfort zone, but that’s brilliant too, as it means I’m still stretching myself, learning new skills and finding new ways to make my mark.

We're a pretty laid back bunch, but there's a few things you should know about what's important to us.

Humility, not modesty.
Humility, not modesty.

We know that we’re good and we trust in our people, our skills, and our capabilities. But we also know that nobody is above making mistakes, and there is always more for us to learn. We talk with confidence, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously.

Bravery, not bravado.
Bravery, not bravado.

We push each other to be better, take calculated risks, and admit when we’re in the wrong. We put our money where our mouth is, and hold the same high standards of ourselves as we do of our clients.

Compassion, not indifference.
Compassion, not indifference.

We care about each other, we care about the work we do, and we care about the world we live in. We understand that we all have lives outside of the office, and that our impact goes beyond the products we build.

Balancing act

We enjoy our work and spend a lot of time together tackling some gnarly stuff. We put just as much effort into having fun together as well. It's all about balance, right?
