Working side-by-side with clients we assemble a core team who together work through a defined discovery programme of workshops and research. The goal of THINK is to help clients identify purposeful innovation opportunities for their sector.
‘ Design ’ aligns opportunity with ideas
We take the learnings from THINK and discuss innovations which can be quickly prototyped. By testing both in the field and in our own UserLab, we'll iterate on ideas to ensure that what's being made is truly desirable for the target user.
‘ Make ’ engineers ideas to life.
During MAKE we'll take qualified prototypes and refine them in to market ready products. As well as building the product, we'll define a marketing plan to join the dots between product launch and target users.
Spaces to test and learn
Our purpose built UX research space
A physical space for in person, in depth, user testing. Our UX Lab is based in our Birmingham studio. It provides us with state of the art testing facilities where we can observe real user behaviour using heat mapping, eye tracking and focus groups. Observation spaces for clients are catered for too.
Labs is where we learn
Our 'labs' division is setup with the sole aim of experimentation and thinking around emerging technologies. Labs is where we learn about the things that are coming next. We experiment to help derisk client innovation projects which typically emerge in the months following a labs experiment.
