Identifying and nurturing unexpected brand utility with Graze.com co-founder Edd Read.

Byte is our regular meet-up of likeminded people where we talk product, innovation and changing customer behaviour.

This was our 4th Byte event on the Useful Brands Playbook, this time focusing on how brands can discover and nurture unexpected utility to help grow their business. From milkshakes to GoPros, we looked at examples of how brands have learnt to act on consumer insight and deliver better experiences as a consequence.

First up was 383 co-founder and author of the Useful Brands Playbook, John Newbold.
